Atlanta will always be our home, and we are so excited to have everyone here to celebrate, so we compiled a list of some of our favorite spots in the city.
Whether you're visiting for a few days or live here, we hope you find some free time between the celebrations to experience some of our favorite places in Atlanta.
Isabella and Stephen's recommendations of things to do around the city.
Walkable area full of shopping and restaurants.
A great walking path inside the Chastain Park neighborhood. Isabella and Stephen grew up playing sports here.
Stop at The Chastain restaurant for a coffee and snack (although the burger is famous here).
Isabella and Stephen's home!
Walking for Piedmont Park, you can access the Beltline at the corner of 10th Street and Monroe Street. You can also access the Beltline by walking through Ponce City Market.
If you are driving, parking is available at both access points. We recommend parking in Park Tavern's gravel lot, which is just across the street from the 10th Street and Monroe entrance. To access the Beltline from the Ponce entrance, parking is available in Ponce City Market, which has two parking decks and valet (on weekends).
Isabella and Stephen's favorite restaurants and bars in the city.
One of our all-time favorite restaurants—lunch and dinner.
Another one of our all-time favorites and our top pick for Italian—lunch and dinner. Also great for happy hour on the patio. The lasagna is a must.
Perfect for an upscale late lunch—beautiful outdoor seating in the street of Buckhead Village.
The upscale steakhouse in the new FORTH Hotel (one of our favorite spots). We had our five-year "anniversary" dinner here last October.
There are several La Fonda locations in the city, and we have tried them all. This one is the best—a go-to spot for us. Get a Mexican Iceberg, trust us.
Rooftop bar in the new FORTH Hotel. One of the best views of the city skyline at night.
A plant store with a unique cocktail bar (Burle's Bar) inside—Isabella's favorite things.
It is right off the beltline and a two-minute walk from the FORTH Hotel (just down the stairs).
A classic dive bar in one of our favorite neighborhoods, Virginia Highlands. One of Stephen's favorite spots.
